I overheard Malik on the phone with co-worker, troubleshoot a client's needs. He showed excellent leadership skills . Was approved for a tablet through Tina because I qualified for the lifeline throughTrueConnect was charged $23 for the tablet and another 12 for service that was canceled so now I have to reapply and pay another $12 for Lifeline. Was not told this information and very disappointed because now I have to wait another week to get my tablet activated service.
