Does Not act professional at all. Says they pay bills. But don't. She determines what and how much is too much. And won't pay if she chooses. Payee has no say so. They don't care about their clients. Only about that PAPER!

This organization is not for me. I'm sure there are other payees available to choose from. I have more important things to worry about than whether my check is used for food or to pay late fees. This organization has zero customer service, and a bad attitude to boot. I've found out that there are agencies willing to request a change on my behalf. I'm dumping this one.

Denise is more kinder than Adrian who can be a major pain at times,as she almost never answers the phone and is spendthrifty-in fact a real Tightwad with the payments. they at times forget to pay bills,leaving me to get the brunt from the collectors.

My daughter in law had no idea these people where holding her ssi and she had to find out a year later they had her money and wouldnt release or even answer the phone this place is a sham
