Hip Creative is hands down the best marketing firm in the orthodontic industry. There are some other good ones, but Hip is more than a marketing firm. They are a real growth partner and really as much a business consultant as they are a marketing firm. The key to growing an ortho practice is not just good SEO and creating more new leads....the key is structuring your business and your team and training your team to handle and field those new leads and follow up with them properly so they aren't just "bad leads" and so they turn into case starts rather than into "bad leads." Hip taught our practice how to sturucture our team, our financing, how to answer the phones...they structured for us a full on overhaul of our business, and they helped us to actually become a real business. The black and yellow books that Luke put out through Hip are simple, which is great:), and incredible at helping doctors to change their mindset and to be open minded enough to make the changes internally within their practices that are required to get the results that Hip can get if you obey and follow their system. The key to gowth is implementation and that starts with mindset change. HIP will coach you from mindset change through implentation. Hip is not a magic genie that you pay and get practice growth. They are real growth partner that can advise you form mindset to implementation to real growth to scaling if you want. We doubled our already solid practice overnight literally by just relinquishing control and doing what Hip said to do. It's been a fun 2 years with Hip, and I feel like we are just getting started.

Great experience working with HIP. Awesome leadership with Luke and Justin. Harrison is a wizard as well. They give you the playbook on how to not only get leads but to convert those leads. They care about improving your overall patient experience, which will lead to an improvement of your whole marketing/business plan. Highly recommend.

This marketing is not for a regular dental practice. They like to place patients all over the schedule and different times. The dental practice has no control over the appointment scheduled. Some patients have showed up but say like very few/minimal have gone through. HIP also tries to add on extra services. Definitely not for general dentistry.

Luke and his entire team are very knowledgeable and professional. They made the transition to the HIP team so easy and painless. We just wrapped up our first year with this company and our results have been AMAZING! The service has been superior! These guys are ON IT!!! Everyone at HIP is super helpful and impossibly responsive. They must live with their phones or laptops taped to their bodies because they always get back quickly. They have helped us achieve a record year for starts/production/collections. We can't wait to see how much farther we can go with them. Definitely highly recommend... just not to any other practices in my area.

I don't post a lot of reviews but when I do, it's usually due to either a great customer service experience or a really bad one. Unfortunately, in this case, it was BAD. Long story short, good communication (w/o any assumptions or pretentiousness) should be the foundation of any marketing company, especially in the initial interactions. That is basically what any company like Hip is selling, and my experience with the Sales Director (HB) was one of the worst I have ever had in my entire career in orthodontics of 22 years! I am thankful though for this unpleasant experience because it forced me to look at other providers of such services (digital marketing and CRM software) like My Social Practice, Nuvolum, Doctor Logic and Ortho Marketing) to discover that there are a lot of other companies out there. Thankfully, we were able to find a reputable company, and my experiences with these other companies further confirmed that they actually walk the walk and talk the talk regarding good communication and selling services to help you (the customer at the end of the day) also sell a service.
