My 12 months of renting from Henke Property Management ended about a month ago. I am very happy because they just notified me that my deposit is in the mail being sent back to me. I have rented a one bedroom and two bedroom and then a house. I went from single, to married to kids. I have rented from Henke Property Management, Inc. for well over 15 years. I have never had a problem with anything, of course things are going to break and become worn down but it was taken care of. The properties are kept clean and debris free and whenever I had a problem neighbor that disrupted the whole area, it was handled. I had lived in other places and have lived where the landlord was absent once you signed the lease and had problems. This has never been the case.

Henke is a great management company. I rented an apartment from them a while ago and had a very good experience. They have rules in place so that any problem tenants get taken care of quickly. Rent was very reasonable too. I recommend them.

Was considering moving into a property but the manager was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to sell me as a tenant he seemed to want to flash his “landlord history” in my face and just argue, so I chose an alternative. You would think there would be some care of securing me as a tenant, but not here. Would not recommend until management is overhauled.

The office manager told me the place had been remodeled, if you count spackle and glue remodeling then yes. The most expensive apts in the area, but no washer/dryer hook up. My HVAC had been broken for over a month and they won't give me a date on when it will be fixed. No heat or air for over a month. Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented! I can't move out fast enough. Don't rent from this place, gave my notice 5 months after moving in!

I have lived in a Henke Property for about 4 years now and it’s been pretty smooth sailing. Anytime that I need anything, I know I can just file a maintenance request and it will get taken care of promptly. It’s nice not having to jump through hoops to get something repaired. I wish that I had come to them sooner.
