No wonder why people gave good rating to this company. As provider call line representative, job is simple, say hi and transfer the provider to their requested hospital claim department line. The phone line extension will never get answer and never call the provider back like the hospitals are closed or bankrupt. As a staff from provider billing office, No matter how many times you call, mailed your claims or fax your appeals, you will never received any follow up. Their claims address and phone numbers are only for display to fake it like a health insurance company. I believe that our mails are either ignore by their non existence claim department or pile up in their 8000 sqft mailroom trash can。💌I would definitely give a 5 stars review if I were their customer service staff.

Bad customer service, on hold for 10-15minutes then we need to redial and then to be queued again.

Representatives have no opening spiels, nor closing spiels. They hang up the call while you're still stating your additional inquires, granted that I mentioned 2 inquiries during the call.

the customer service is awful. I work for a healthcare provider, and trying to get someone on the phone to assist is insane. Once your on hold for at least 10 mins it will roll over to a switchboard (lol, who has those anymore) you get a frustrated women who seems overwhelmed and exhausted with no better options.
