They do not sell the most real estate on the island HOWEVER they sell for the highest prices and the least time on the market and that’s what mattered to me as a seller. Joey is very patient with us as first time home buyers who are interested in different options (house vs. condo) and areas that fit would our life styles. He guides us through the whole process and always quick to response on our questions thoroughly.
He is never late to our meetings and he is an excellent communicator. He understands the urgency when competing with other buyers and he was excellent at negotiating offers. He always stays clam and professional no matter how stressful the situation is. He is a very good listener with logical and reasonable sense. Their website was very compatible with other popular online tools with all details information that. It is very user friendly to browse over the phone when I get email notifications on new listings, price change, updates, etc. I can view all the pictures at once from the same listing, make appointments online as well as viewing other details information with my phone.
Joey is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market. He is very a professional realtor who gives his honest opinions that we gives us confident and trust. I would definitely refer him to my family or friends as real estate agent.
