I had met Rebecca several years ago through the Providence College community and immediately sensed that she and the team at half full, llc would be the perfect addition to an expanding leadership development program I was organizing for municipal wastewater treatment operators.

My hunch was right. Rebecca and her colleagues, especially Wole Akinbi, took the leadership program to a new, wonderful level.

Since then, I've gotten to better know the half full team, as well as the inspired work that they do. The results of their work? New outlooks, better managed organizations, and changed hearts--and much more.

Rebecca, Wole, and their team are amazing. They’ve done so much to make our corner of creation shine that much more.

Simply put: Our world desperately needs the kinds of relationship building and inspiration that half full, llc is providing.
