Sadly we gave them the "benefit of the doubt" despite the awful reviews because our homeowners insurance, Tower Hill, wanted them to verify our window and shutter/anchor system damage because of Hurricane Ian. The man actually said our winds were 80-90 mph (news/geological reports 157 mph). We are one mile from Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande at 6 miles had 210 mph. He reported no stucco damage? Why, he was asked to see windows/doors. The stucco damage was already repaired. He failed to describe the hurricane door which he was asked to do. He forgot to check the shutters even though I opened the garage and pointed to them. He claimed a door swollen shut from Ian just has a bad doorknob Overnight? He said the window damage was aging even though they worked/didn't leak before Ian and now leak and have obvious damage after Hurricane Ian. He has made me age overnight. Yes, insurance fraud. They should be ashamed and Tower Hill should be ashamed as well:(

Dave Grindley is an extremely unprofessional engineer. He was in our house for hours only to disrespect my wife, comment on person items in our house and withhold information he already knew about our claim. See ya in court
