The front door is dirty, but they have seats and vending machines inside. A very nice man helped me this morning. Thank you!

If I could give it a zero I would . Very rude driver, was insulting and racial. Buses are dirty and smelly. The area looks horrible crackheads roaming outside door. DRIVER COULD NOT find tickets. Old white guy with horrible attitude . Have been using greyhound for years and this was the most disappointing encounter I’ve ever experienced. DEFINITELY won’t take again, at least at this location. Front desk guy was very nice.

They really cleaned up a lot of the riff Raff from around that area and they don't let the homeless people just hang out around there. The only downside right now is that they are redoing the elevators but that will be a good thing in the long run

The GHound experience has been a rocky road. After several attempts to make this trip, I finally made it which is why I gave it 3 stars. I found the driver to be gruff & flirting the rude line. He almost left without picking up a ticketed passenger... Infuriating to watch as I was the one left stranded 10 days ago @the previous stop...which messes with my income. And NO one likes their monies messed with!! I always expect public restrooms to be filthy, and this one does not disappoint! On the bus & the station. I also found the WiFi to be garbage, honestly. As I proofread this feedback, please know I'm not as judgemental as I made myself out to be. Im just telling it like it was on my side of the street...

If you can look past the homeless hanging around or sleeping on benches outside its fine. Nice architecture, decent area. Noisy due to trains, busses& local bus transit. All in all better then most. Employees are helpful polite & professional. Gentleman working was fast helpful & kind while I was there. Let me know when bus pulled up because I had my back to parking lot & music playing in my ear pods...

Not the greatest experience I've had. Customer service was terrible. The place was filthy and the bathrooms need some TLC. Also I am surprised that security will allow every homeless person in there bothering passengers and making the bathrooms disgusting. Might want to have someone from corporate or whoever and clean house in there.
