This is truly excellent service. I have been using them multiple times, high professionalism that’s hard to find these days. Drivers are excellent, polite, helpful, with water and assorted complimentary chocolates, small but cute gestures. Drive is safe, peaceful, always nice conversation. They bring everything I need for kids. They answer all questions promptly. They give all details necessary. Like last time we were
coming from international flight late, beside usual confirmation that car is waiting for us at certain time and place, we got text 45 minuets earlier with driver’s phone, . I would recommend them definitely and will use them again.

Green shuttle has been a lifesaver for me. They have been driving my mom from Cape Cod to Maine for visits and then bringing her home. They are always reliable and friendly. We missed our connection to Logan from Lisbon
Portugal this past weekend. ( All related to airline delays) When I called Green Shuttle and let them know the situation, they were so helpful and reassuring all would be sorted out and a driver would be at Logan to meet our new flight itinerary.
Bill our driver was top notch driver, and so helpful with luggage and overall friendly & courteous.

Our ride with Green Shuttle from Falmouth to Logan was first rate. Our driver, Sandi, was very pleasant. We were traveling with a small dog, and Sandi, having a vast knowledge of dog training, provided us with much useful information. The car was spotless. It was a totally stress-free ride. Great staff. I spoke with them a lot because of questions and changes I had and they were very accommodating. Question were answered and changes were made to my satisfaction and without any hesitation. Especially due to the bad weather we encountered. Both Todd and Larry were excellent drivers. They made the trips more relaxing. The van there and the suv back were clean and comfortable. Please let Todd know that we enjoyed the chocolates, water and the conversation. Jeff and Green Limo completely met our expectations and excelled above. We were ready 15 min earlier and Jeff was able to accommodate us. Incredible service and communication from Green Shuttle. We were travelling from overseas and required various accommodations and adjustments due to flight cancellation, payment modus and UK cell numbers only. Green Shuttle’s office was amazingly quick to respond and help us out to make the journey from Logan to Cape Cod a great experience. Todd, our driver, was excellent. Clearly very experienced and a safe and friendly driver. His car, a Toyota Sienna, was immaculate and the cold bottles of water and Ghelfi’s chocolates for the ride down to the Cape were a real treat. All this amazing service at down-to-earth rates and doing their bit for the environment is the icing on the cake. Bravo and keep up the good work! We, and now also our local family, will be more than happy to travel with Green Shuttle again.

Would definitely recommend and use again. Easy to book - responsive and accommodating with plans. Driver arrived early, clean car, professional, and helpful. This is a more affordable car ride option from Barnstable to Logan that you can depend on!
