We’ve been using Greco Accounting for over 25 years and I would never trust anyone else. Carl and Michael are and have always been nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable.
They always stay on top of our business books as well as our personal taxes and we never have to question what’s going on or what we need to do. I absolutely love both of their personalities and it always makes my day to talk with them. Not only have we used them forever but have sent so many others to them and all are extremely pleased. They really are the best at what they do!

Very rude people, Michael especially. At least, I asked for Michael throughout my experiences, but it sounded like Carl the entire time. Carl told me that Michael was handling my account but I never got to speak with another person based off the voice..
At the very first sit down, during the introduction, he called my mother a “Chatty Cathy” because she was trying to explain her tax situation. After we spoke for maybe 15 minutes, he told us not to worry about anything except the emails he sent us, and to ensure we responded to those in a timely manner. Which we did. Then there was practically no communication between us for months. Finally, after I reached out to them, I found a bill needed to paid for a secondary tax concern we’d seen them about. Apparently, there was an email sent for the bill but to the wrong email address. It was only sent to that one email and my mothers.
She had nothing to do with this tax concern and there were three other emails they could’ve messaged, or simply called when they noticed the bill was unpaid. However they blew up my mother with emails, who again was uninvolved in this tax concern. We finally ended up getting it paid.
Finally, after calling during business hours, for the 3rd time, I spoke with “Michael.”We had a conversation in which he told me that he had forgotten to file my personal taxes. I’m paraphrasing but something along the lines of “it got looked over, I apologize” straigh up admitting he forgot to file my tax returns. my mother then informed me that when talking to her he told her our business taxes never got filed, the whole reason we went to see them. I sent an email and eventually got a call back. Michale started it off insanely rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. He mocked me, spoke over me the entire time, told me, sarcastically, that he appreciated me “teaching him about accounting” and “how to run his business.” During this conversation with Michael on the phone, he told me that we should have gotten something in the mail and we should have followed up by sending it out. Despite being told previously not to worry about anything except reply to their emails.
During this call, which I disconnected from because of the sheer disrespect, i was informed my taxes would not be completed. I could “take my taxes to HR block if I wanted them done” according to “Michael.” I heard from friends that they do good work but I didn’t see it. Absolute A-Holes.

The father doesn't know what the son is doing. He occasionally answers the phone and gets combative when you ask questions he cannot answer. Aggressive, belittling, mocking and insulting, I will never try to do business with these two again. I pray to God we don't get in trouble with the IRS for being late. The son has not returned a single phone call or email and totally dropped the ball, not filing our business taxes at all! Are you kidding me!? The father first said "he sent the returns to you to sign and submit." We received no returns and no call or email saying they were coming. Days later the father says "you didn't pay so we didn't file." We responded "we never got a call, email, or invoice!". He argued. then we find out he's confusing our business with another business!!! Level of competence? ZERO! "Just leave the information with me and I'll get in touch with you," the son said. He did not and has not since Feb. 12th! The father doesn't know what he's doing and the son has no accountability about returning business calls and e-mails!

I do not recommend visiting this tax office. Not only will your taxes not get done, but you will be belittled, mocked, and screamed at by the owners Carl and Michael.
There is no communication from Greco to you. If you want any information you had better call and email at least twice a day, a business day or two in advance and then maybe you’ll hear something by the end of that week.
This isn’t anywhere close to the type of professional that you’d expect to experience with a tax firm. In fact, the lack of professionalism is not something you would expect to see anywhere in the business world. This is not somewhere I’d recommend going if you just want help doing your taxes.

I just got my tax return form back from Mr Greco, I called him with a few questions about the return so he could explain it to me and it turned into 5 minutes of him belittling me and being rude. I will never use him or would not recommend him to anyone ever under any circumstances

The two boys that run this joke of a business are immature, disrespectful and condescending. the older child is extra disrespectful towards woman.

Been using him for years. Strait shooter and direct to the point. Exactly what I want from my accountant.
I recommend them for anyone in need.
