No respect for the tap. I went there for three weeks. Today was my last day. A blue belt named "Dick" actually increased the amount of force after I began tapping? He didn't stop until he popped my elbow? Five minutes before my incident, he popped another student's elbow. "Dick" was bragging about doing this to a student at another school just days prior. My favorite gym in the area just solely for the atmosphere. Everything is there that you truly need without all the extra nonsense that comes with commercial gyms. The Jiu-Jitsu is top notch and I recommend anyone to go try it out. Everyone could use something that is being taught here whether it's on the mats or in the weight room. Lance and River are knowledgeable about anything you need to know! And as an added bonus anyone in there is willing to help a newcomer.

We were in town to get my daughter set up for college. She has been training for 4 years and will need a Jiu-jitsu gym when she moves. This will be her new go to. Hands down she loved the instructor and found the students knowledgeable and welcoming. Great - friendly - professional school. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome gym! It’s a friendly and welcoming environment. The staff is great, and the place has awesome equipment. They have an amazing jiu jitsu program that is good for all ages. This is the place to get in great shape and learn a new skill!

Wanted to get into BJJ to get back in shape and learn a practical martial art. Ended up getting both those things along with an awesome community full of amazing people. You won’t find a community like this one in every gym!

Super nice equipment lots of high end name brand machines such as Arsenal Strength. Also a welcoming jiu jitsu community.

Great atmosphere, everyone is supportive no matter if you are lifting weights or training in jiu jitsu or boxing. I highly recommend River as a personal trainer. Lance, John, and Simon are phenomenal jiu jitsu instructers.

Everyone makes you feel at home here and the staff is always willing to help you with whatever goal you have in mind. The jiu jitsu team is absolutely incredible at what they do for everyone. Best gym around!
