I'm in year 2 of a 5 year lease. The second month we were here, our filing room flooded. It continued to flood with each rain storm. The management was very slow to address the problem and we had to continually follow up with them to find out what was happening. While we waited, for over a year, we found black mold and continued to suffer the loss of the use of two office spaces (one that had to hold two room's worth of furnishings). because the room continued to flood and we had to transfer all our files, supplies and work station for several months -- all while trying to continue serving our clients. When I asked for some compensation for the loss of office space and inconvenience, their counsel basically told me "too bad." I would not recommend getting involved with this managment group.

I’m a tenant at one of your properties, The lofts at stadium square. They only care about making it look nice on the outside to trick tenants into their badly run apartment buildings. Get better management for your buildings. The pictures promoting the apartment are total lies and they have constant issues that they won’t fix.

The first time I saw our property manager actually at our property was the day we moved out. If we put in a service request that wasn't marked Urgent, it would take weeks to get addressed, or they would just dismiss it altogether. They do not care about their tenants.
