We have been dealing with a serious issue with our community's access code system for over eight months, and the HOA has completely failed to take action. Despite multiple emails, in-person visits, and verbal requests, nothing has been resolved.

This is not just a minor inconvenience—it has created a major health and safety risk for my elderly father, who requires regular care. Caregivers and medical providers are often unable to access our home if we're not present, potentially putting his life in danger.

The HOA manager continues to deflect responsibility, blaming a resident for access to the phone box rather than fixing the issue. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

If you are considering moving into this community, be aware that the HOA is unresponsive, unprofessional, and unwilling to address even urgent issues that affect the well-being of residents.

We are now pursuing legal and federal complaints due to their inaction. I would not recommend this HOA to anyone.

All i have had a bad experience with them because they don't do anything. Except is the cheapest thing, but you get the cheapest services that they don't do anything in their services.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is so mismanaged and unprofessional. The only way to get through and actually speak to someone is to spam call their office until someone does their job and picks up the phone. I was sent to voicemail, pick up and immediately hung up on until finally, someone took my call. The woman who answered was rude and completely unprofessional on the phone. I guess she was mad I interrupted her lunch break, because I could hear her chewing her food in my ear the entire time. Your hours say you’re open until 5pm, so why do you have no one in the office at 4:00? After a rude confrontation I was told I needed to fill out some form that she was going to email me. Surprise surprise when that email never came. This place is a joke and has no business in property management or customer service.

This company has been nothing but a PAIN for my family and I. The only time they are responsive in any way is when they want your business and money. The property managers do not reply to emails or calls at all even when an urgent issue. I was on hold for several minutes and then got randomly hung up on. I am not sure how they have the high scores they do, because once they get your property, they are not helpful to tenants or owners. I cant wait to move so I do not have to deal with them anymore

be careful with that women ILeana, SHES IS SOMETHING! Rude and the worst customer service I ever had. We are new owners of the condo moved in last Oct and was provided 2 parkings, 1 is designated and covered which doesnt need a parking tag and one for me which got lost because my car got towed from a car accident! I came for 2 consecutive days just to get a new parking tag because it is so hard to get around find a parking plus I have a child. So my mother in law who owns the unit authorized me to get another parking tag and she said just pick it up and pay for the new tag and they confirmed with her that everythings okay now. When I came back again she was rude and saying we lost 3 tags already
and she cant provide one anymore!!! I said how come, were new owners and we only had ONE! She said I dont know!!! so hoping to get a parking tag? my dreams are shattered!!! were supposed to have the privilege to get another one coz we are homeowners correct? plus we only had one! Why she didnt look for the names who lost those tags!? definitely we didnt lose 3!!! she hates her job! i hope this goes to the management! Im an essential worker and will definitely report her!

Update: We came back with my mother in law after 30mins and kept knocking the door but shes not opening and phonce calls routed to the VM

This is a bad HOA management company. They are also the parent company of Summerwalk Maintenance Group and other HOAs. They do not provide quality maintenance until homeowners complain. They also gang up with certain individuals on the board to allow personal vengeance on their neighbors that could be such a liability with law suits and complaints filed at BBB and the Attorney General of California office.

This company is extremely unresponsive. I've been trying to reach someone for a whole week with leasing questions about a unit that was just listed. I've left numerous messages and sent several emails with out any response. I don't think the owners of these properties would be happy to know that this property management company is slow quick to respond to potential tenants.

Great communication and really enjoy working with Jay. She is a great person and will do whatever she can to help. Good property management company to work with.
