Golden Fiduciary claims to be a special needs trust. If they have no one on staff, who is a professional healthcare provider or experienced in healthcare that they have no information on how to support someone a special needs. They only determine how to distribute money. The fact that they become responsible for someone with special needs only means they have more ability to control and manipulate the funds.
In my experience when they have distributed funds to me and told me I spent too much money I asked too much money on what and they don’t have an answer and they won’t look into it. They simply say I spent too much money.
When I need to get a hold of someone at Golden Fiduciary, it’s only one or two calls out of 10 that they answer the phone now that they have my money they don’t answer my phone calls
Whenever I put in a request for money, it is sent to a committee to decide within a week or two Even when his healthcare that I would prefer to have done sooner, the request for funds goes to a committee
I would not recommend this company for anyone with special needs because no one in the company has any background on supporting people special needs
