I've been sitting on this but I think it needs to be said. I was so disappointed by what I saw and heard at their office during this past busy tax season. I was outside this tall blonde short-haired woman's office (she looks and sounds like a Karen) when I heard her say that "she hates wearing a BAG over her face" with utter disdain. The irony is that she wasn't even wearing the "bag" over her face. In fact, I counted ONLY TWO people out of SEVEN employees wearing a mask while I was there. How disrespectful to those who've gotten sick and passed away from Covid! Our dear family friend died from it! How dare you mock such a serious disease!!!
