In late summer of 2024 we made the decision to move to the Denver area from our beloved horne in New Mexico. The decision was driven by some health issues; it was not an easy decision, and our search for a new home was stressful. We listed our house with Lynn in early May, 2024. I can honestly say it was a great experience and had the very best outcome. Lynn and her team were very organized, professional and responsive at every stage of the process. Lynn was very thoughtful and data-driven in recommending the price of the listing. The staging advice was excellent--the house looked great when it went on the market. This led to multiple attractive offers. In the weeks leading up to the closing, Lynn and her team were very effective in communicating with the buyers and ensuring all of the negotiations were resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. Lynn is the undisputed Realtor for the Park, Jefferson, Arapahoe and Douglas County areas! I grew up in Bailey as a Builder's daughter. I actually wanted to keep this last home my family built for myself with the panoramic views and custom, solid build, the wildlife, etc, but the timing was not linking up. I was heartbroken that I couldn't keep it as a family legacy! Lynn was the best Realtor I've dealt with in 15 years, and I would not hesitate to recommend her for ANY properties in Jefferson, Park or Douglas County. She's lived in the foothills for decades and her knowledge, reputation and team speak for itself!. She has an entire team who works with you to make your sale or purchase flawless, seamless and easy! Working with Lynn was great from the very start. She familiarized herself with our property and the history of the house which is a custom build on 30 acres. She is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful in answering questions about the process. Even though the market tanked shortly after we were listed, Lynn never gave up. She thinks outside the box and comes up with new ideas for marketing but never pushed us. We highly recommend Lynn.
