The hospital will refer you to this cesspool, but read the reviews before going. This is insurance fraud. They scheduled me (waiting for hours) for procedures that were not necessary. It takes hours to be seen because they are adding to your stress. It’s intentional when you’re already mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted…It’s sinister.I ended up back in ER and had to have emergency surgery due to shoddy medical care. Exceptional medical care is hard to find! This facility is lacking, especially in empathy. Do your due diligence. This is not the facility you want to use if you care about yourself and loved one’s. You’ve been warned.

Very nice staff but they need to adjust the amount of people they schedule for appointments. Every single time I have been there I have to wait at least an hour and a half and in most cases over two hours. This shows a complete lack of respect to the patient. When you check in they also do not tell you how far behind they are. I do have other things to do as do most people and this is a huge inconvenience and just plain wrong to do to people. I have seen people just get up and leave because of the ridiculous wait time and the staff doesn’t seem to care. It is also FREEZING in the waiting room so if you decide to come to this office I highly suggest you bring a coat and a book and make sure you have nothing else scheduled for the day because you won’t be making it.

We waited over an hour from our scheduled appt and not one from the staff apologized for such a long time. Not too mention how cold it was to us as well as other waiting patients. Guess they really don't care about their patients or patients time. If we are late to an Appt or cancel , we have to pay if they're waisting our time or well. Well it's Appt day for procedure our Appt was 815 he was taken back at 943. The receptionist didn't bother to tell them waiting patients that they were running behind. That's foolish and rude, they should discount the bill or thank everyone for their patient. We should be able to be treated with respect. I DON'T recommend this facility.

Had a consultation today. This is this first time in years a doctor has shown patience, respect and spent ample time with me to listen, explain and discuss my health. I was extremely impressed and pleased. The staff was very professional and down to earth. Very compassionate caring environment. Thank you!

The Staff is very nice and easy to work with, but every time I have a consultation or follow up appointment the rooms are frigid, and I have had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. Today my appointment was at 9:45, I did not see the Doctor until 11:35. You need to adjust your scheduling practices. And your temperature. Your staff does not look very professional in hoodies!

I have had a series of great experiences at G-I Consultants! From their Receptionists and Schedulers to the Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Doctors, they are personable and professional. They obviously care about their patients and bring their best to what they do. 😃

The Veterans administration sent me to this place through community care. Had to wait over an hour after my appointment time.The office staff doesn't return my calls or answer their phones. Wouldn't recommend this place.
