Unfortunately, I have not had the greatest experiences dealing with Garcia and his team. The business model they use puts sales above customer satisfaction. I let Garcia know in 2024 that a house I put an offer in fell through and we were going with another house. Apparently, nobody else was notified or my account wasn’t updated to reflect. Country still charged my mortgage company for that house. I find out and it took a month for them to get my money back. Fast forward to this year they let me know my premium is so high due to two claims. One from a house I owned and one from the house I put an offer in but fell through. Now we are going on month 2 of me having to reach out for updates. I say trying because it is near impossible to get a hold of Garcia and his team. I only see progress being made when I reach out to the Country Financial customer service team. I’ve never had to work this hard dealing with an insurance agent. I hope Garcia and his team learn from this and provide more support for current and future clients.

Absolutely amazing experience. When my other homeowners insurance pulled out of Alabama, Mr. TONEY and his team was there to assist with a competitive rate. We even changed our auto insurance over to Country Financial because of the wonderful experience we had. They're very competitive and only interested in your needs. They spent time going over different options and was honest throughout the entire process. At no time during the process did I feel pressured to make any abrupt decisions. We are now considering adding life insurance as well.
We are more than satisfied with Mr. Toney, Ms. Abernathy, and the entire Country Financial group.

Mr.Toney and his team are incredible! He is so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He answered all my concerns with ease and I didn’t feel rushed. He was prompt as well and walked me through the expectations of my insurance plan and my payment obligations. One of the things I appreciate about Garcia and his team is that he immediately saved me about $75 a month but he also treated me like a friend which was even more important to me. I like that I can trust him to do the best job and I have no problem recommending him to any of my friends or family. He is top shelf for sure.!
