I was able to work directly with Rich under extremely difficult circumstances, dear friend of mine passed away unexpectedly, left me all the responsibilities revolving around the estate and never was told. Having to handle so many things as well as being out of state ok top of it all, Rich assisted me with the home listing process, offer acceptance and closing but that’s not the only story. Rich took the time to help me with a few things completely outside of the home sale process and that to me speaks volumes about the person, he told me early on “Joe I will be the eyes and ears locally for you just say the word and I will help” and I am telling you all he did that and more.
