Jim helped us with the installation of our new label printer. That sounds a lot easier than it was. There were a lot of drivers that needed to be updated -- and when the printer still wouldn't work, we were able to determine that the issue was our outdated labeling software. So, then he had install the new software and migrate all of our labels over to the new software -- while keeping the original software to use on the old printer. It was a long process, but we get there! Jim was extremely patient with us throughout this whole ordeal!

This "excellent" rating on my part is especially for Harrison, one of GadellNet's star IT Engineers. As I looked back over the related correspondence, I saw that Harrison had suggested the solution right off the bat ( to check if the Gmail side panel was toggled off accidentally). Unfortunately, on our end, we either ruled that out prematurely, or - in my case - did not see your original suggestion due to not being thorough enough in looking over your notes until a little later when I caught it ... Hopefully this will be a "Lesson Learned" for us about how much DETAILS MATTER when it comes to IT issues ... Thanks again for your help !
