Gabe Mendez Team has something unique that not all realtors out there are taken full advantage of, we are in the era of social media, where any user trying to find a service or product the first thing that we do is go the internet, we search in our phones, tablets or pc's. This is how I found Gabe Mendez Team!! I don’t regret it at all. Gabe's unique style of putting himself in the market using all social media tools is the new way to sell. Once I saw how we run his business and how we'll prepare he is always is by taken seminars/courses, I had no doubt he was going to sell my place and find me a new place to live.

Being a first time home-buyer can be a nerve wrecking experience however, Gabe along with Jennifer and Caton made the process incredibly smooth.

The entire team was available at all times of the day. They all made me feel as if I was their most important client. They answered my questions (sometimes even the same question) and ensured I felt comfortable and understood before moving on to the next step.

As far as negotiation skills, this team is the best! They even went as far as getting a new dishwasher and tub credited to me... yes, you read right, a bathtub!!
