If I were to sum up my experience at the Coach Training Retreat I would say: deep, transformational and joyful.

Gillian is an extraordinary teacher and guide, and she went at a great pace so that we could take everything in without it being overwhelming. There was plenty of time for questions and discussion built into the schedule which meant that as a group we were able to feel confident in our understanding before moving on.

Getting to practice coaching for the first time was exhilarating, and made even more so due to the safe, trusting and honest environment that was created. I felt truly lucky to be in such a beautiful place with such a lovely group - each of us drawn together by Gillian’s calm and inspiring energy.

The Coach Training Retreat was both informative and practical, as well as being a deeply personal learning journey, supported by mindfulness practise, yoga, honest conversation and a gorgeous beach walk. I would have spent 10 weeks there if I could have!

Thank you, Gillian, for creating and hosting such a wonderful, transformative experience that has truly set us up for the next stages of our careers, and has given us a tribe to share the journey with.

I absolutely loved my training experience with Full Circle Global. I completed the online diploma in coaching practice in 2021. The community was incredibly supportive and it really propelled my knowledge of coaching. Thanks to Gillian and the team

I completed the Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice in 2019 and I must say the face-to-face classes were good. The cohort I was in was also great, so there was a lot of knowledge sharing.

The area Full Circle didn't deliver in was the individual mentoring, which in my opinion is where the real learning happens and where the new coach truly grows. Due to Covid-19 these sessions were moved to being group online sessions instead of individual (which is fine). After attending the first one, I realized that this was too generic for where I was in my business setup process and asked for help how to get more value out of them or perhaps get individual coaching later in the year once things have settled. The response I got from the owner was essentially that I can either take it or leave it, which was really disappointing.

Oh, and the program advertises 10 mentoring sessions and individual developmental feedback sessions (for your recorded coaching practice), but you'd be getting in effect 5 mentoring sessions cause I believe the other 5 are counted towards your feedback sessions.
