Wonderful service. I called him mid-morning the day after my unit went out, and he was able to come check my problems out the next day! Gabe was very professional, and kind hearted. He made sure I knew what was wrong and warned me of possible minor future problems because of my unit being 25 years old. I appreciate everything he did for me today, and I will def. be recommending him to everyone!

My A/C went out Sunday night, I texted to schedule an appointment at 11pm, on Monday at 6am I got confirmation that Gabe could check my A/C in the afternoon, when he got to my house and detected the problem unfortunately it was too late to buy the part, inside of my house was 92 degrees and Gabe noticed and provided me with 2 window units so my kids could sleep well at night, on Tuesday he got the part and installed it getting my A/C working again. thanks for your great service you deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Our air stopped cooling after a big storm hit Friday afternoon. We reached out to Frosty HVAC and they were en route at 7PM on a Friday night. Unfortunately the power went back out and we had to cancel our appointment. However, Gabe said he could be out first thing Saturday morning. He arrived right on time but unfortunately had the bad news that our compressor went out. He offered to replace the compressor but explained the benefits of getting a new unit. He never forced one option over the other and let us decide while he went on the hunt for a compressor. Luckily he found one in stock and was back to install in no time. We were back up and running within 24 hours of the AC going out. Gabe kept in touch every step of the way. Frosty HVAC will definitely be our go to for any issues we may have in the future! Highly recommend!
