This is the 2nd year in a row that I waited almost 2 hours to see a specific person that I was told that they would be in at a certain time. I put my name on the list and I was the 1st to be seen by her according to the list. She comes in 45 minutes late and goes straight to the list scans it and chooses somebody that was there literally there about an hour and a 1/2 after I signed my name. I will not be going back.
