Avoid this company unless you like throwing money away. Joe did a timber analysis and part of the analysis was to locate and coordinate with local loggers to sell the timber on the property. The analysis cost $550 and Joe said that we would get around $3,000 for the timber on the land.
But he disappeared for weeks on end and when we were able to catch him on the phone, he had a variety of excuses as to why the job would need to wait.
Finally, instead of calling back, he sent an email stating that the best he could do would be to have someone come take the pine for free, but it would have to wait a few months.
So, if you feel like burning hundreds or thousands of dollars and wasting your time, give them a call.

FES was contracted to plant an 18 acre stand of pine trees on my property. Services included: Site inspection, site preparation, and design to determine best methods to plant a successful crop. Hire, advise and direct work of all sub-contractors, monitor an evaluate site readiness for planting. Despite being informed via email that the 18 acre estimate would be very accurate the end result was only 8 acres of planting. An inspection by the local Florida State Forester revealed that over half of the 8 acres of seedlings were planted improperly. Most of them died. FES asked for the remainder of the payment and never inspected the results of the planting until I told him the Forester said it was not done correctly. FES finally agreed to fix the planting but would only be able to get a total of 12 acres planted. But they insisted on charging me another $2000 above the original price of $6000 even though I would only receive 2/3 of the amount of desired acres planted. Joe claimed the soil was too rocky to plant using a machine planter per his post planting inspection using a shovel and post hole digger as inspection tools. He obviously did not do any pre-planting inspection as per the contract, else he would have found the same results and would have chosen a different plant method. I refuse to pay any more money. He refused to refund any money at all until I threatened to sue. Then he agreed to refund part of my money for the seedling cost. Now I have to start all over again and find someone who can do this properly but I am out $2250.00. FES did not honor the contract and when he made mistakes took no blame for the problem. I would not recommend FES to anyone due to lack of proper work ethic and the poor results I received.
