Our service from Follow Me was excellent. We hired their business taxi service to pick us up at our hotel in Berlin and bring us to Szczecin. It was easy to book online and everything went exactly as planned.

Our driver Marcin picked us up in a beautiful BMW sedan. He helped with our luggage, and provided outstanding service. We thoroughly enjoyed our ride and he was one of the best drivers we’ve ever had.

I am happy to recommend this company for transportation and will definitely hire them again if traveling in their service area.

Positive: I was picked up almost on time. The ride in an 8-seater with 2 other passengers was fine. The price of the equivalent of 43 euros is reasonable and fine. Negative: the payment process was very difficult and confusing. Communication via email was just as difficult, as there was no communication from Follow me!, I had to keep asking when the pick-up would take place. It was promised that information with the exact pick-up time would be sent 24 hours in advance, but only when I asked was the time given. The time I asked for was not accepted by the company, but I was given a time that was tight for my flight. All in all, the company will only be an emergency solution for me, because I offer them a pick-up from home. It's a shame that the company doesn't place much value on service, because the idea is great and the market for pick-ups of this kind also exists in the border region with Germany.

Great service and experience! I used your services to travel from Szczecin to Berlin and had a very professional driver right on time, perfect driving and very nice and polite. Great service added to my visits in Poland no doubt.

The contact with the driver was good but the explaination of where to meet at airport was not clear since there is more than one arrival level and it took a long time to find him. Actually, he said next to the kiosk but it was really just 2 glass cube shaped structures. Another point is that I received messages from Follow Me in polish and I had requested it to be in english. Finally, confirmation for our return trip was not sent by texto the day before our departure which left me feeling uneasy. The service back to Berlin was on time, thankfully !
