When I reflect on Charlie Janes’ work these three crucial points come to mind.

Whether it was in a weekly team huddle, a quarterly leadership meeting, or a one on one call, Charlie Janes’ focus and commitment was easy to see…How do we improve the Company’s execution of the business strategy and get the Team to prioritize their tasks in an effort to achieve the Company’s goals.

Right from the start, I noticed Charlie’s work take affect as our Company meetings took on a whole new look and focus that helped the Team establish the important metrics for the Company to focus on, and tie the activity to achieve the goals. Not only did Charlie attend the Company’s weekly team meetings, he also participated in the Company’s quarterly leadership meetings. His work with the executive team helped organize the Company’s processes and understand the importance of creating a positive business environment for the Team members to thrive in. This action brought a focus on the Company’s goals and the steps each Team member needed to take to meet the Company’s goals. What the Company saw from the staff was a sense of empowerment and commitment to their work that led to an increase in productivity and profitability.
