To understand the value Joe Deramos has brought to my professional life, you have to understand my background.

I have been in Sales and Marketing for over 14 years. If you look up “square peg, round hole” in the dictionary, you’ll find a picture of me. Nothing ever fit. After bouncing from job to job for years, I decided to take a new approach and reach to a Business Coach. I went through a LOT of profiles, saw a lot of big promises, had a lot of initial chats, but nothing stuck with me.

Then I found Joe DeRamos. Something about his profile struck a chord with me, and all it took was one chat to realize I’d made the right choice.

Joe took the time to really listen to me as I broke down my professional experience. Taking diligent notes (and then remembering past conversations with near encyclopedic memory), Joe was able to help me identify my professional profile, strengths, areas of opportunities and much more, in an easy to understand manner. I’d done plenty of workshops before. I know my color, I know my bird type, I know where I fit on more than one chart full of acronyms, but it wasn’t until Joe used the Focal Point Coaching program that I actually felt like something was tailor made for me.

Our bi-weekly sessions always leave me thinking (in a good way!)
