The best customer service in banking. They will always go the extra mile to make sure you get your account fixed if it’s screwed up from your end lol. Also they have the best fraud prevention system in place.

I have been cashing my employee check for over a year now ..i go in today and they said its not a payroll check so we have to charge you $7 to cash...what did they just make up this rule...never again please bring back old style bank of Rio Vista this new bank sucks ....wont be back thats for sure

Hi the bank of Rio Vista was sold several months ago, Farmers and Merchants bank bought it, things were kinda rough but it seems like they have got everything ironed out and running smoothly, photos to follow. Ron
