I truly enjoyed my experience working with Natalie. She's great at helping you work through the areas of your life where you want to make changes, getting you to think through challenges in different ways, and finding the best way to reach your goals in a way that works with your lifestyle. She is extremely patient and flexible with scheduling, and she helped me really zero in on the changes I wanted to make in my life, all while making me feel like I was just talking with a good friend. I definitely recommend working with her!

Enjoyed a 30 day wellness coaching program with Natalie. Natalie listens to your needs and helps you set obtainable goals to provide structure to your everyday life. She meets you where you are in all aspects- including physical health, mental wellness, spirituality, relationships, career goals, etc. You won’t regret this investment.
