Poor communication skills, horrible experience mismanaged my case and referred me to an incompetent legal team as well as a roofing tarp company that takes your settlement money although I did not get a single dollar from the claim they handled for me. The engineers they use never show up and never follow up with me. 5 years they strung me along, complete disregard for my property my damage and my family. I am sitting here with literally NOTHING to show for my claim. Do NOT use them.
