This has to be the WORST HOA management company in Jacksonville. In my job, I have to deal with numerous HOA mgmt companies and this company stands apart. They punish homeowners, investors and renters alike, in their neighborhoods. They are quick to levy fines, add lawyer fees and impose liens on property. There is no reasoning with them, as the owner of the company is after one thing...your money!

I made an HOA payment before the posted due date. The payment was returned and I was NEVER contacted about it until after the due date, and they refuse to waive the late fee. I have the confirmation for the posted payment from BEFORE the due date, and they won’t accept that. Absolutely ridiculous.

I call them for a permission to built a fence and they told me that they don't give such permission but I have to submitt documents to them before I start making the fence and wait 30 days for them to have an answer on this matter. Isn't this contradictory or just a justification to make their presence necessary.

Not sure if there are new people in the office. But there's most def a change. They "talk at" paying residents, boast about their power, and don't share important information in an effective way.
