Extremely Outraged and Frustrated with Florida Engineering LLC

I paid $3,750 for both the structural and civil plans for my home, but my experience with this company has been nothing short of infuriating. This is for Project number: 2434092.

First, the address on the plans was incorrect, and despite my repeated requests for a correction, they failed to address the issue. Additionally, they completely ignored the land survey I provided and used inaccurate distance measurements throughout the plans. This has created serious complications in my project.

I’ve made countless attempts to contact them—via email, phone calls, and even reaching out to their Director of Business Development & Sales—yet no one has responded. Their lack of communication and accountability is beyond unprofessional.

At this point, I just want the plans corrected or, if they are unwilling or unable to do so, a refund for the services I paid for. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with caution, as I have had nothing but issues
