An agent ( Eddy Deranvil) from this company had my dad pay $7,000 in inspection fees addition to him paying a normal fee of $350 and that’s on of the many fraudulent items on the list that he committed. I do not recommend this company for home buying, no integrity by one agent means none at all by the company as a whole .A company that has values instills it in the people who work for them, the people who works within a company is the company. To top it off he did to a senior citizen
