So This Was My 7th Year and last Year filing my taxes with them. They Missed A whole Dependent Which now I have already waited a month on my taxes now I have to file a amendment and wait a longer period of time after I receive my first refund I honestly feel like it was rushed and unprofessional they even got the gender of my kids wrong I am very displeased with the service of 2020 and this will be my last year patronizing with them. Very Very Disappointed. I also didn’t receive a apology a half priced off on service fee or anything.
