I went to my doctor and told him I am having a lot of anxiety and feeling doubtful about myself even though I was at the top of my game at work. After a complete physical and a lot of questions and answers he suggested I find a coach to help me plan out my transition to retirement. I ended up choosing Fastlane Coaching and I'm so glad I did. Deb help be define my path to life in retirement, which turns out to really be the being of a new journey, with new learning and new challenges. A time when I get to choose what is important to me and my family. She help me understand that I have earned the right to define what my retirement looks like. She help me redefine what success looks like in retirement, how to take into consideration my needs and values and her field work each week provided me with direction as I planed out my new journey of personal power.

As a person who has spent their career strategizing, planning and executing. I was very happy Deb related with me by creating baseline and matrixes that we build off of. It allow me to stay in my comfort zone as we tackled very personal issues, define direction, values and needs.

I feel empowered as I start to plan out my retirement, my doubt and anxiety has vanished and I feel ready to start my next journey whether it is a year from now or five years from now. I can't thank Deb enough.

Truly outstanding executive, leadership and team coaching!

I had the opportunity to work with Deb and Colleen in a variety of capacities during my tenure at Mckesson Corp. I was initially introduced through an executive readiness program with WIT. That course was one of the most impactful professional experiences early in my career, and was soon followed by two promotions within the company.

In my new position, I was tasked with managing a newly formed team tasked with solving for a major legal compliance issue. As I identified the inherent challenges of the new team dynamic, I immediately called Colleen and Deb to work with the team and I and prepare us for the task ahead. Those team coaching sessions were truly a catalyst for change within the team, and the tools provided in became the basis for accountability and professional development for each team member, both individually and collectively. In addition to the team development, I engaged them again for 1:1 executive coaching and ongoing guidance as my career and responsibilities continued to expand.

After receiving 4 promotions in 5 years, I decided that it was time take on a new adventure and pursue my passion and dream of becoming a full time entrepreneur. I informed Colleen and she quickly devised a plan that would help me to maintain performance at McKesson while building my dream on nights and weekends (without losing my mind). She was so instrumental in helping to me navigate my exit - from financial planning all the down to navigating the messaging my transition to colleagues. The transition was very successful and I left with an open invitation and support from everyone I had worked for and with. I will forever be grateful for her guidance and for the tools I still use 3 years later as I continue to grow my company.
