Just went there today. The woman who works there is very nice, i was just a walk in did not have to make an appointment or anything although i did call the day before just to make sure someone would be there but i do that for anywhere im going just like everyone who is smart would do. I walked in she took me in immediately told me everything i needed to know, then i took my test and got my results. She answered every one of my questions in a very polite and efficient manner. I suggest everyone to go here especially employers she is reasonably priced and very professional. Highly recommended!

I frequently need fingerprinting services for my career and have used a few fingerprinting businesses in the area. I can say without a doubt Stephanie at EZ FingerPrints is the best. She was accommodating in scheduling, more than professional and very friendly and efficient.
As we all know, maintaining a small business while Covid 19 is so prevalent in our state is not easy. I felt very safe during my visit. There was hand sanitizer available, one client at a time in the office and mask usage in place. I definitely recommend and will be back.

Don't go here. Take your money somewhere else. Stephanie was very nice and quick. Until there was a problem. I went there for my level 11 for employment. It has been 5 weeks and i still do not have my results back. I understand that they had to be manually red. But when i called her to tell her they were rejected she told me that it would take about a week. I gave it 2 weeks and called her to ask her what i could do. She rudely told me that it was out of her hands and to call the clearing house or fdle. I waited until more than 4 weeks and called the fdle. They told me like the employer did that she was suppose to attempt to print me again at no cost and be rejected twice. I then called stephanie back and she was even more rude. Would not even let me speak i had to ask her to please just let me speak. Again she said its out of my hands call the fdle. I proceeded to try to tell her i did and what they told me and she stated they were wrong. She is assuming that resubmitting the same prints is good enough. When i asked her if she was telling me the fdle was wrong she hung up the phone on me. I have lost work and money waiting on this and have had no help from this businees once they took my money they were not so nice and efficient anymore. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Go here for your Fingerprints!!!! Stephanie was amazing, super friendly, service was instant and If you need results quickly for employment this is the place to go to! I wish more places offered the level of customer service I was provided by Stephanie today!
