I recently had the opportunity to take my family to meet with Adrianna at her ranch. She has an amazing facility with beautiful horses. She was incredibly kind and gracious to work with us as a family of 4. She has great skills at creating a calming presence and bringing you to a deeper realization of recognizing the emotions in your body that we all too often fail to notice. Also, there really is truly something powerful and special that the presence of a horse in front of you can trigger you to notice deep inside. Especially if you struggle with feeling like "I'm not good enough", shame, or condemnation, there is something amazing when you stand in front of a horse (a creature that large and powerful) that shows you acceptance and has a desire to connect with you.

I had no idea what to expect with my session with Adrianna and her very intuitive coach, Vioer.
My experience was extraordinary. I had not wrote in my journal for 8 mos. After our meeting I wrote about my experience for 2 hours! Adrianna possesses a calmness I have never encountered. It was soothing and helped me to slow down my fretful mind. She helped me to face and embrace some difficult burdens I have been carrying. I thought about our session for days. I have met off and on with a therapist this past year, have shared a lot and it has been beneficial. But one session with Adrianna seemed to accomplish so much more for me. I would definitely suggest her unique approach to anyone who is searching for answers, hope or to spark something, an idea, something not thought of. That was my thought, but I received that and so much more.

Adrianna is absolutely amazing and her horses are magical! I would recommend anyone to see her!! My daughter had an amazing time compared to normal therapy!!
