Thank you Robert for helping make our daughter’s wedding such an amazing event! The food was incredible! Our guests could not stop telling us how great it was. My daughter’s school had a banquet, for her drama club and Exquisite Catering provided their services for the event. From communicating with their team, to choosing the menu, delivery, and setup, everything was absolutely perfect. I could not have planned it any better. They know just what to do. The school is peanut/nut free and they were accommodating to the dietary restrictions. The food was DELICIOUS! Our meal selection was Chicken Francese and it did not disappoint. The portion was a generous size. It was tender and juicy. The sides were just as delicious. It was perfection. It was Exquisite!! We will most definitely be using them again. Exquisite Catering could not have been a more perfect company to hire for our daughter’s graduation party. The staff was so attentive and tidy and kept all the delicious food very hot. They kept everything moving so that we could just enjoy our time with our guests. They will be the first ones I call for our next event. Hire them too…. You will not be disappointed!

1st class catering! Robert and his staff catered my wife's 50th Birthday Party on the beach... and we mean the actual beach, on the sand on Hollywood Beach. The food and service were amazing, all our guests kept asking who catered the event. Plentiful and delicious food.. I definitely recommend them and they will be catering any future events that we have.

I have had great experiences in the past with exquisite catering. Unfortunately the person helping me with my order was off today. There is a customer service name Karen who followed up with my order today, her attitude toward customer service was really unpleasant. Hope she treats the other clients in a more respectful and efficient manner

The food quality is extremely disappointing and lacks basic culinary skills. It seems as though the chef has no formal culinary training, as the dishes resemble poorly executed attempts rather than professionally prepared meals. I have been working (for two years) at a school where this company caters, and even the simplest meals for children, like breakfast, are mishandled. I've seen students throw away entire trays, calling the food inedible, and after tasting it myself, I agree. The eggs were flavorless and seemed watered down or overly diluted—completely unappetizing. Lunch and dinner are no better, with the same lack of taste and quality. It’s baffling how this company receives five-star reviews, which makes me suspect they’re self-generated or written by people who have extremely low standards. A serious investment in culinary training is desperately needed because serving such poor-quality food is unacceptable.

Exquisite is by far the best caterer I have ever used!!! The food is so delicious, the service is awesome, the portions are generous and the price is great! They have a large variety of food choices and they will personalize any package to suit your needs in addition to providing everything you need like the drinks, plates, silverware etc. I have used them for many events... From birthdays 🎂, to a funeral, a graduation and a retirement party and everyone has always been pleased. Additionally, I found out that Exquisite Catering generously donated food for an extended period of time for the first responders and workers at the Surfside building collapse.
