Express Employment Professionals

The employees are so unprofessional, rude and passive aggressive. The receptionists having a conversation, not doing their jobs. I was the only one in the waiting room, I was in there waiting for a hour for them to call me to the back. I finally get back there and instead of her saying “sorry I had you waiting so long, I was putting paper work in” the employee going to says “dont look at my computer, its confidential” if it’s so confidential, close out the screen, since you know someone coming. She was blonde and had the most nastier attitude I ever seen, she was rushing me out the chair, controlling. I asked to talk to a manager and she was even worst, instead of getting her employee in check, she came at me told me to leave. They are racist. Dont recommend worst temp in Tuscaloosa . If I could put 0 stars, I would.

Misleading. Had me fill out a form for all my personal information, conducted a bullcrap interview, handed me a flimsy buisness card to get in contact, just for them to never follow up and ghost me. Wasted my time.

Zero job prospects and no follow up. They have no desire to help and seem bothered/preoccupied with a " dont call us, we'll call you" passive aggressive energy. I was seeking Admin/office position. No help even after reaching out several times.

This is my second go with Express-my first experience was in Huntsville, Alabama and I am so glad they took a chance with me. The y went above and beyond to make sure my needs was met and that I go a full time job with benefits. I lost my job after 6 years of service, I moved out of town and decided hey why not try this company again and low and behold they are just as amazing as the Huntsville location. They are diligently working to get me a full time job with benefits. They are always available whether it’s via phone, text or email. I love the closeness the staff provides to each one of their clients it’s like so personal until you would think you were the only staff member they have because of the one on one time you always receive when talking with them. I would recommend anyone who may need some assistance to please go and join their crew! They work for you and with you! Kara is one of the ones I work with and she is super amazing! Thank you Express for taking a chance on me, again!

Express Employment has been a wonderful staffing company to work with so far. I filled out an application on Monday, got a call an hour later to set up an interview. I went in the next day & met with Vivian. She is awesome!!! She got me 2 interviews that same day! They are super helpful and very nice to everyone. Although I haven’t been offered a job yet, I’m sure it won’t be too much longer. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for employment!

I've been working with Express Employment for over 3yrs. Once I applied for employment, within a week ,I was placed in a job that gave me an opportunity to learn new skills as a Heavy Duty Equipment Operator. Express Employment staff has always treated me in a professional manner. The staff members are lively and eager to assist you in any situation that's needed. I highly recommend anyone seeking employment, please give Express Employment a try. You will not be disappointed.

Very bad business with them and smp they don’t pay on time that’s why people are quitting if a person works a shift and the payday rolls around and your time wasn’t corrected before pay date they won’t pay you unless supervisor approves time so this means you won’t get paid until the following week which is very inconvenient if you have certain priorities that are do sooner any person that works a shift shouldn’t even have to wait more than. 24 hours from playdate to receive there correction in payroll .

Kara was quick in finding me a job. She was very professional and gave me great advice. I love my new job and will be sending others to Express when they need to find a job!
