I am helping my seller sell her condo.it's important for the agents out there to know what kind of HOA they are dealing with. Carla with the HOA and messed up the HOA paperwork twice pushing our escrow back a month! When I called to figure out what is going on and ask a few additional questionsI got ahold of Gloria. Gloria was extremely rude on the phone and started yelling at me when I asked to speak with Carla. I have never experience such un-professional behavior in my career. This behavior in a business is completely un-acceptable. Please do better and hire more efficient staff that have the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This experience has been absolutely horrible. The worst HOA I have ever worked with.
