All they care about is getting you to rent or buy the home, and once that process is over they do not care one bit. We moved in with no mailbox keys, and no second set of door keys even though they knew we have two people living in the property. They never gave us access codes to any of the properties amenities and WILL NOT talk to you on the phone about any issues you have when you call. They take care of everything over email, and refuse to give you a phone call back when they need to, and if you try to call, they always say they are in a “meeting”. They have proven that they do not care about what you need. I can’t imagine what’s going to happen when we need a maintenance request.

As a property owner, I'd avoid at all costs. We're now 3 weeks since the work was finished on a major repair and our manager has yet to list the home or communicate. I've had to call the repair company for updates and the work was done 22 August while the property sits. We are about to cut ties with this company and seek alternatives. A Cut Above was fantastic and I cannot say the same for our experience with Evernest.

Update: finally received a communication from them and now they've identified the place could use new interior paint as they want to finally list it. The tenants have been out for more than a month and place has been sitting dormant for 4 weeks. They just now saw a need for paint. We're terminating our relationship with this company. Beyond incompetent - stay away if you're thinking of having then manage your property.

Run! You know those landlords that mess with you, stink at communication, keep your deposits, and run from responsibility? Rent from one of them and leave these guys in the rear view. Negative stars should be a reality. If you're unfortunate enough to have fallen into there slumlord trap, humor me. Save your review until you move OUT. They're all roses until the end. Our property was unfortunately sold to them during our rent term...beginning of the end. Please don't subject yourself to their treatment. If you do, kiss any money, time, or trust you have goodbye and buckle up. We're currently awaiting reply on a demand letter. Google it, then decide if you still want to rent from these...(insert your favorite google accepted term here) .

0 stars should be a thing. They false advertise their money pit homes and will gladly take the non refundable security deposit to not update, clean, or maintain any part of the home. This will ensure that the next unlucky renter can pay for the outdated and neglected innards and exterior of their money pits. Your move in check list is basically a list for you to fix yourself, but even then you'll be charged. Most maintenance requests are done by you, and you'll be charged for that too, in the end. Their customer service responses are as corporate AI as it gets. You'll never speak to anyone who isn't following their promt that says to tell you to smile while they take what they can from you. You'll be looking pay more to professionally clean and repair quite literally top to bottom, beyond what you moved into, than your deposit anyways.

My leasing agent Mar Soriano made the application and rental process for my new home quick and easy. In my situation I had to move in as quickly as possible and she helped to expedite that process wonderfully. It was also very reassuring to know that throughout the whole process she would personally answer each question and request promptly and effectively in a timely manner. She made my renting decision an easy step by step affair. I wanted to personally thank her here again for assisting so perfectly during my choice to move. Thank you mar, this stressful time was made less so by your knowledgeable direction.

Worst..landlord...ever...we lived in Denver on frontage roads and lowbincome/less desirable areas, I'd trade any of them back for these guys. Should've known when you go to the office and there's ZERO in person contact or on the phone...ever. Email ONLY.
Advice for anyone? If your so worried about people yelling at you, getting crazy, or whatever reason you won't TALK TO ANYONE...maybe don't be scummy greedy people that folks want to call and yell at or show up and speak to because you're stealing there money, lives, and livelihood. Seems simple...try it. Maybe you won't have to lock your doors everyday.

This property management team made it very easy and seamless to apply for the property I was interested in. I was able to reach them by phone and by email; and responses were timely and helpful. They also worked with me to make sure my application was complete and could be processed quickly. Important links and directions were clearly stated and organized in each email. I especially enjoyed working with Mar Soriano; she was very helpful, friendly, and patient! Thank you for all your help, Mar, I appreciate you and the team.

Never can communicate through phone got charged for Maintence fee and it never got figured out ended up having to buy my own fridge since they kept sending Maintence to “fix it” instead of giving me a new one !!!
