Eric was referred to us by our accountant as she was moving on to a full time job and no longer in the industry. He accepted us as clients, prepared our1099s then abruptly quit via email citing 'certain circumstances' on Easter Sunday, 15 days before tax day. He wouldn't even file an extension to buy us time to find a new CPA. POS move.
