This guy came after my friend's business that is 6 hours away from him. He called the business office and was super rude and belittling to the woman that answered the phone.

We just wanted to give Robin in rentals the credit she deserves. If we could give more stars, we certainly would! She has been there for us on not one, but two occasions and helped us immensely, when no one else would!! She is very nice, pleasant and truly cares about people and situations, and is on the ball taking care of things.

Tom and I listed our condo for sale with Chris Blydenburgh as our broker. He had our unit sold in under one week for just over our asking price. True professionalism on his part. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. We totally recommend Chris for your real estate matters.

Sadly disappointed. Pushy... wanted me to lower my property $17,000 within a month to an offer that was submitted to me. I gave her my bottom $$$ price... that is $12,000 less than my bottom $ price.

I accepted one offer, $5,000 less than my asking price. I come home... text saying that buyers had dropped their offer lower than what I agreed to.

Wanted me to lower my price $5,000 within 30 days. Only showed my place 2 times. And then wanted me to lower it $5,000.

Took me to look at 2 places that were $50-$60 out of my price range. And she knew it. Huge homes... old appliances. Needed lots of work.

I told her I was not going to sell my place that had everything new in it as a loss and I would have to start off remodeling. Told her I was not going to “settle”. Just totally unhappy I started this process with this company.

Very pushy. Would not Ever use this company again.
I do not trust them.

So much more to this story. But won’t go into it.

Wow what an amazing place. Lynn was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. I couldn't have prayed for a better realtor. She jumped through so many hoops and 100% had our back from start to finish. I will never deal with another realtor again besides lynn. Thanks lynn!!!!!!!
