I reached out to Rachel during a period of transition in my life. She helped me to focus on what is most important to me and identify what jobs might be the best fit at this time. Rachel also helped me tremendously with my resume and the job search. Most importantly she boosted my confidence and kept me on track. Stephanie Dillon

Envision offers direction and excellent advice for the job applicant. Rachel’s expertise is especially of value to the young and those with little experience in searching for employment.

Rachel was a pleasure to work with. Her attitude was always upbeat and positive, and her process has definitely helped my son develop and organize his interests, priorities and goals so that he can find work that aligns with them.

Rachel is supporting my son with his college application process. She has guided him through a structured process, helping him identify his interests, lifestyle preferences, and ultimately, the career that aligns with his goals. This process has led to more targeted college course applications. Rachel's process, support and encouragement has made my son feel empowered and confident in his choices. She goes above and beyond; and also does a great job of keeping concerned parents updated with the progress! Really grateful we found her!

Rachel has been so kind and extremely helpful! As a senior in college, about to go into the real world, I’ve been super nervous and not knowing what to expect. Rachel has helped me so much to think about my future and career in ways that I’ve never thought of before and I’m truly appreciative!

I too was struggling with next steps- I had lots of ideas without a plan and was overwhelmed. Rachel was extremely supportive and encouraging, and helped me greatly in focusing. She followed through with every aspect of her service, from checking in between sessions to providing step by step instructions for any task which I wanted to pursue regarding jobsearch and business startup. Sometimes you just need an objective voice and a push. Thank you so much Rachel, this has been fantastic!

Rachel is a fabulous career coach and I would recommend her to anyone who either needs employment or needs to make a major change in his/her employment situation! She provides her clients with practical strategies and processes so that her clients can easily implement them. She also provides much value to her clients, including the tools and resources they need to conduct job searches whenever they want or need to find a job, or find a better job, or make a career change. She makes sure that she also answers all of her clients’ questions.
