With two young children it was time to think about our future financial plans, Eric at ELS and Associates took the time to explain to my husband and I our options, making sure we had a variety of plans to choose from. Deena was wonderful throughout the entire process making sure we picked the best life insurance company to meet our future needs and she continued to assist us in every aspect of the application process. Unable to purchase insurance directly from the company years ago, had to use ELS as a the conduit. First phone call with issues in years, no return phone call since first contact late Friday 3/12 . As of 48 hrs no contact and received mixed messages and no help from the insurance company. Gave an additional star for getting birthday card a few years back.
This Monday will be two weeks, sure trust them with your insurance needs. I should have checked prior to doing business with them on the multitudes of positive Google reviews. Unfortunately the insurance company steered me to them and no one else. After a conversation with Jackson National, I was actually sold a lousy policy earning 4% per year and now after 4 years the policy payments have increased with no cash value and letting the policy lapse. Thank you ELS , now I understand why no return phone calls, no Google reviews and caveat emptor for anyone doing business with them.
