Ellen lead us through such an amazing day of Strategic Planning & Leadership Training!! It was the most productive meeting of this type that I’ve attended in the past five years!!

Instead of spending the day talking about our “hopes & dreams”, she guided us through an in-depth session where we created a concrete plan of action & identified what we were doing, how we were doing it, by when, and who was responsible for what tasks.

I thank her so much for taking charge and ensuring that we are set up for success starting on Day 1. We couldn’t have accomplished this without her & wholeheartedly recommend her services to potential clients.
