Doug was referred to me be a friend and so far really seems to be great. i havent done my filing yet but he has been very helpful with answering questions. Ricky does my bookkeeping and has been great so far has saved me time that i can use to focus more on the business.

When you hire an accountant you want someone who is responsible, very knowledgeable, and most importantly: someone who does things on time and you don't have to manage. Elevated CPA does none of these things.

I had to fire Doug after he kept filing late, and then I would get fees and penalties. He once told me that 'someone he hired stop showing up to work' and many times I'd email him to find out he was on vacation. He charged me to file 0$ quarterly return and my new accountant pointed out that he filed my biz federally as an S-Corp and with the State as an LLC which is incorrect. He was charging me over double what other accountants in CA have quoted.

I chose to work with him because of his knowledge of FL tax code then came to find out that he decided to never file with FL even though I lived there for most of 2022. A complete disaster. He even stopped returning my emails once I became aware of how bad the situation was.

Beware of this business and take your precious business returns elsewhere. I am now dealing with refiling his disastrous returns.

Doug at Elevated CPA was great and I would highly recommend him. This is the first year I opted not to do my taxes myself. Between selling and buy a home, moving to a new state, and working a few new jobs, I thought doing taxes on my own would be too complicated. My wife and I turned to Doug to help us out, and he delivered. He was professional, knowledgeable, and approached things with a teaching mentality. Not only did he do our taxes well, but also explained what he was doing and why. I will definitely use him moving forward knowing that things will be handled promptly and professionally every year.

I can’t say enough great things about Tammy at Elevated CPA. Tax season is always stressful but her calm confidence and constant communication and professionalism got me through it. She made everything easy for me, and replied promptly to any questions. The cost to prepare multiple complicated returns was very reasonable. Thank you Elevated CPA!!! Highly recommended!!!
