I strongly advise against working with Jessica Puckett at East Washington Accountants. Over the years, she consistently missed deadlines, ignored my emails and calls for months at a time, and even filed late multiple times without informing me. Despite paying her fees, I was left in the dark and scrambling to keep things on track.

The final straw was when she abruptly dropped me as a client and told me to find another accountant. When I requested my documents for the transition, she became difficult and uncooperative, making it nearly impossible to retrieve essential records. I have been calling and emailing for weeks with no response, leaving my new accountant unable to move forward.

If you’re looking for reliability, professionalism, and basic communication, look elsewhere.

Jane Puckett is very professional and knowledgeable. She handles our personal and business taxes. She was there with us when we got our business going and answered so many questions for us. I gave them my paperwork March 14th and as of today , April 7th, I don't have the completed work. I have called several times over the last 6 weeks to be told " they're working on it". I am a single, senior citizen with an uncomplicated tax return.
I've used them for the past two years without issue, I don't know what happened this time
